To deliver our services under a signed agreement, to respond to enquiries, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Energy suppliers, network operators, and meter agents where authorised — plus our IT and professional service providers. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet our legal obligations.
